Simple Fix was very professional, fast and efficient. Once I noticed a stain on my ceiling Simple Fix's Ryan came out inspected the damage and gave me a timeframe of repair work and help with communicating with my insurance company. Tyler, another staff person (didn't get his name) and Ryan came to my house within a day or two to start the repair and clean up in my bathroom and kitchen. There was a leaking toilet that caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling. They came and prepared the areas so as not to cause additional damage. Took up part of the floor and ceiling in the kitchen where the damage was. Cleaned the area where it leaked and found out the flange under the toilet is damaged. When I had to call the office to ask questions, I spoke with a nice gentleman with a radio dj voice which was cool. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you again for that. All-in-all Simple Fix was there to support me through the process and they respected my home and me. I appreciated that because I know my home isn't a million dollar home, but they still took care to treat me professionally and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

We contacted Simple Fix for support after our sewer line required repairs in our finished basement. Tyler and Ryan have been great through the entire process making sure that our needs are met from carrying out the repair to dealing with the insurance company. They really have the clients best interest which is rare from our recent contractor experiences. For sure we will continue to recommend and use Simple Fix.

We began working with the mitigation crew at Simple Fix due to a pipe bursting behind our kitchen sink and continued to work to complete our kitchen renovation with this remarkable Company. Exceptional service was received, from showing up when promised to completing work (meticulously) and most importantly cleaning up after themselves. Simple Fix was recommended to me by the plumber who fixed our sewer backup. Ryan quickly came to inspect the damage and what needed to be done to clean our basement. He assured me that the cost would go through our homeowners insurance.
Angelo and the crew came the very next day to get started. They kept a list of everything that had to be thrown out and kept us informed. The crew was quick, professional, and a thorough. Our early 1900s basement is in the best condition it has ever been thanks to them. And all I had to pay was my deductible.
3 days later they came back to pick up all the drying equipment and we are good to go. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Simple Fix! They recently redid our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Austin did a fantastic job…he handled all the work with a helper, paying great attention to detail, from hanging wallpaper and painting to installing a new floor, subfloor, and beautiful new tile. Everything looks flawless! Highram, the project manager, was outstanding as well. He checked in multiple times a day to ensure everything was running smoothly and offered helpful ideas that really elevated the final look of the space!! Highly recommend Simple Fix for any home project..professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Joe and his crew were amazing! The price was in my budget, they showed up when they said they would, finished on time and left the place super clean! What was important to me is they showed up when they said they were going to and they finished when they said they were going to. I didn't have to wonder if they were coming back or not. They were fast, efficient and clean! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking some work done, big or small!

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that leaked through my kitchen ceiling, which had to be torn up to repair the leak. The Simple Fix team coordinated w/ the plumber to minimize the amount of times I had to be home to wait for repairs to the bathroom. Everyone called when they were on their way and let me know if they were going to be late. When it came time to fix the ceiling, the crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. They painted my ceiling and just as they were about to leave, they noticed that the plaster on the ceiling did not look quite right in the natural light, so they came back without me having to do anything to fix it until I was happy with it. In summary very pleased with this team and would recommend them to others.

Simple Fix has been wonderful! I had water damage in my basement and they made the repair process easy. They kept in contact pretty regularly to let me know when and how things were progressing. I recently had a second water issue from a sewer line in my attached garage. They were my first call! They handled the water mitigation and even made the arrangements for the plumbing issue to be fixed. They are just starting the inside repair work, but I know it will look great when its done just like last time. Hopefully I won’t have any more restoration needs, but I know who to call if I do!

We had a pretty severe toilet leak which caused damage to our entire bathroom floor and the ceiling in our basement. The team at Simple Fix was over within one day and we had a quote and the remediation/ drying process were started within three days. Considering our situation and the need to work quickly this was very appreciated. They made the most out of a crappy situation. My wife and I would strongly recommend Joe and his team for any water remediation you have!
Update: Joe and Randy have been good communicators and very helpful. We recently completed renovating our bathroom after the water damage and it looks fantastic. Additionally they wrapped up our basement ceiling repairs quickly and they look great. The team installed French doors and a sliding glass door as well. Everything was done with expertise and care. We really appreciated Simple Fix and would use them again in the future.

We had a drain leak into our finished basement which caused damage and we had to refinish the entire basement. The water remediation company recommended Joe with Simple Fix. Joe was quick to respond and we met to discuss what we wanted to do. Unfortunately dealing with the insurance company was a big hassle but Simple Fix worked with us to navigate the process. Joe was great at getting back to us to discuss the project and give us recommendations. We are very happy with the results. It is refreshing to find a contractor that actually gets back to you. I would definitely use them for any projects we may have in the future!
