On a Friday I called 4 companies and stated that I had water damage under my toilet stating I only have a one bathroom home. Only one company answered the phone. Joe , a kind and empathetic lady said she would have an estimator come out on Monday at 9am. Tuesday at 9am two amazing carpenters fixed the flooring. My problem suddenly became there problem! I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I never thought during the busy season of the year for home repairs that this was even possible! Great Job Simple Fix! I had some serious water damage due to broken pipes to one of my rental properties during a major freeze this winter. Starting the very next day, the Simple Fix crew helped me through the clean up, demo and reconstruction process step by step in the most professional and knowledgeable manner. From dealing with the homeowners insurance, to the water mitigation process to the reconstruction phase, the team handled it all beautifully. Seeing the apartment be transformed from a soggy swamp to a beautiful liveable space again is a load off my shoulders. Special thanks are warranted to the reconstruction team manager Ben and his super-mule team member Jim for their expertise and wide scope of construction knowledge, honesty and integrity and speed at which the reconstruction work was accomplished once started. Ben kept me in the loop the entire time, from addressing my desires and concerns for selection of replacement materials, to upgrades within budget and posted me on the progress of the job regularly. Jim did the work of 2 men when Ben was off managing other projects and together they did the work of 4 men. When a stressful disaster situation comes your way, take the pressure off and relax when these guys are on the job. The whole team is highly recommended. We needed flashing reinstalled on our house from wind damage. The flashing repair was 69 feet high and no one but Simply Fix was willing to do the work and worked with me through the repairs.
