You'll use Xactimate to prepare accurate, detailed, and insurance-ready cost estimates for materials, labor, and timelines; communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters; and help turn project needs into solid, profitable plans while building strong client relationships.
Carpenter
Carpenters at Simple Fix perform hands-on residential repair and remodeling work, including framing, drywall installation, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, and finish carpentry for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and restoration projects. You'll use power/hand tools to repair or build structures with precision, maintain safe and clean job sites, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship that transforms homes.
Water Technician
Water Damage Restoration Technicians respond quickly to emergency calls for floods, leaks, and backups, extracting water, setting up drying equipment, removing damaged materials, and performing initial mitigation and cleanup. You'll document damage for insurance, sanitize affected areas, follow safety protocols, and help homeowners recover fast in stressful situations (on-call rotation required).
Project Manager
Project Managers at Simple Fix oversee residential repair and restoration jobs from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, and budgets for water/fire mitigation, remodeling, roofing, siding, and more. You'll communicate regularly with clients and insurers, monitor progress and quality, resolve on-site issues, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Laborer
